Curry Dry Spice Rub

Curry Dry Spice Rub

Makes about 3/4 cup

Ingredients:

  • 2 Tbsp. Kosher salt
  • 1 Tbsp. ground ginger
  • 2 Tbsp. curry powder
  • 2 Tbsp. ground corriander
  • 1 Tbsp. tumeric
  • 2 Tbsp. cumin
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/2 Tsp. ground cloves

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Store in ait tight jars or tins.
  3. Store in the refrigerator or a cool pantry.

Notes:

This lovely dry rub goes very well with  hearty fish like tuna, salmon and swordfish. It is excellent with chicken, lamb and beef.
