Curry Dry Spice Rub
Makes about 3/4 cup
Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp. Kosher salt
- 1 Tbsp. ground ginger
- 2 Tbsp. curry powder
- 2 Tbsp. ground corriander
- 1 Tbsp. tumeric
- 2 Tbsp. cumin
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 Tsp. ground cloves
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Store in ait tight jars or tins.
- Store in the refrigerator or a cool pantry.
Notes:
This lovely dry rub goes very well with hearty fish like tuna, salmon and swordfish. It is excellent with chicken, lamb and beef.
