Green Goddess Dressing
Yields: 2 cups
Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic
- 1, 8 oz. cup white wine vinegar
- ¼ cup (or less) salad oil
- 1 oz. anchovy paste or ½ tin anchovy filets
- 1 medium or large ripe avocado
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise or yogurt
- ½ cup chopped green onion tops
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until creamy.
- Chill.
- Serve over a fresh garden salad or serve as a dip.
