Notes

This delightfully refreshing and zesty Cilantro Sauce is extremely versatile. It can be used as a sauce with all kinds of poultry and meats. It is especially good with Chicken Kabobs and Grilled Flank Steak. Use it as a sauce to accompany anything in a tortilla, as a vegetable dip or as a sauce for empanadas.

Feel free to alter amounts of the ingredients to suit your own personal taste. If you want it hotter add more jalapeno or cayeene pepper. If you want a thicker sauce less yogurt and more sour cream.

Let the sauce sit overnight in the fridge to allow the flavors to blend and enhance. It will keep for several days in the fridge.
